SuperPad V10 – I should never have purchased

SuperPad V10 –  I should never have purchased!
The super pad v10 is basically a cheaper version of the iPad, it runs on android and is a tablet. Before I brought it, it looked very good and showed features such as; responsive touch screen, good tilt features, GPS and a long battery life. I had wanted this product for myself so that I could browse the internet and play some android games and watch films.  But when I received the product it still looked good, until I pressed the buttons the buttons had fallen into the pad itself and they wouldn’t work at all another issue was that I could only turn the volume up from the buttons on the side. If I wanted to turn the volume down I had to go into the Super pads settings which meant I had to stop what I was doing. The Super pads tilt function also didn’t work because when I went to go play games the tilt function didn’t work, and I couldn’t play it at all which meant allot of android games became unavailable to me.  The Super Pad did have WiFi but there is a switch on the top to turn the WiFi on or off but, this didn’t work either! The USB sockets were great to start off with, I was able to connect my memory sticks to it and watch films I had downloaded. But eventually one of the USB slots stopped working and I had to make do with just one, this became annoying as I couldn’t connect up as many things as I wanted. The main feature for me was that I could connect the main to my TV through a HDMI cable and this was really good as I could watch my downloaded films on a bigger screen while also being in a good quality. The pad itself looks very slick modern and simple, but when you touch it and get a feel for it, it feels flimsy and poorly made. This feels even worse when you actually touch the screen as there is a thin layer of plastic that sits above the solid screen, it’s a loose bit of plastic that doesn’t sit right and makes it looks like a rushed product. When using the touch screen, you have to be very firm when you press unlike an iPad where you can glide you fingers across with ease and perform multiple tasks, the Super Pad 10 is slow and unresponsive you touch it and you need to wait a second or two before something even happens. The Super Pad once completely froze and I couldn’t do anything so I was forced to go get a pin/hairclip and press the reset button, now I expected it to reset my settings and the whole system and reload with everything I had downloaded. However all my apps and games had gone, along with all of my personalised settings so I had to go back and download everything all over again, by this point I had given up and I haven’t used it since.  Aside from all the issues the product has a good video and music player that allows for good HD quality, but the speakers on the Super Pad are very quiet and not very clear so headphones are recommended.
So to sum up The Super Pad v10 looks amazing with its black and silver colours, it also seems very promising when reading about it and often reviews say it is very good but it’s far from it. The product only seems to do 50% of what it said it could, and really looking back I wish I’d have kept my £120 as it seems far better than a half hearted tablet.
